Your journey begins with a warm welcome at Bali’s Ngurah Rai Airport, followed by a relaxing settle-in at your 5*Ubud hotel.
Dive into the heart of Ubud with a visit to the iconic Elephant Cave (Goa Gajah), a sacred 11th-century Hindu meditation site full of rich history and intricate carvings. Then, capture postcard-perfect shots at the famous Tegalalang Rice Terraces, renowned for their stunning terraced design called "Terasering." Payments:
Guests will book with a low deposit and then make subsequent installment payments until the trip is paid in full. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking. Timely installment payments are expected. Two or more late payments will cause your booking to be subject to automatic cancellation without refund. Please notify us of any late payments within 5 days of due date.

Flights to/from Bali are not included. All travelers are responsible for booking their own international flights. We can assist with this, just let us know. Flights must be booked by August 15, 2025. Arrival on October 11th should be by 4pm to ensure you're included in our welcome events. Denpasar International Airport (DPS) is the arrival airport. You should depart from DPS on October 18th no earlier than 8am

Travelers will receive their final travel documents 15 days prior to departure.

A valid passport with 6 months validity from the departure date and at least two blank pages are required for travel.

Electronic Visa On Arrival (e-VOA): You may apply for an e-VOA in advance if you are entering Indonesia in Bali at Ngurah Rai (Denpasar) International Airport. If you meet the requirements, you can apply for an e-VOA at certain international airports, seaports, or land crossings. You will need a passport with at least 6 months of validity, a departure date with a return or onward flight booking, and must pay a 500,000 rupiah fee (about $35).

1-10 DAYS AFTER DEPOSIT (121+ days prior to trip departure): booking is fully refundable to the original form of payment.
11+ DAYS AFTER DEPOSIT or IF DEPOSIT IS MADE 120 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO TRAVEL: BOOKINGS BECOME 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Any attempted charge disputes/chargebacks will automatically disqualify you from doing business with Oheneba Events & Travel LLC in the future.
If Oheneba Events & Travel is compelled to cancel this trip for any reason, all booked travelers will receive a full refund in the form of Future Travel Credit for another Group Getaway.
