Oheneba Events & Travel specializes in group travel and both large and small-scale events in off-the-beaten-path destinations around the globe. We focus on high-touch customer care and a continued commitment to stay up-to-date with our key destinations worldwide. Africa, the Caribbean, the islands of the Pacific and South America are our key destinations.
Initial consultations are always complimentary. Planning fees must be paid for each trip and/or event after consultation and prior to our agents beginning their scope of work.
Oheneba Events & Travel accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and ACH Direct Payments for fee payments. Credit card and ACH payments will incur a transaction fee. All fees are 100% non-refundable.

Vacation Planning – Caribbean, Hawaii, Mexico
$150 Fee per booking
1-7 passengers. Includes air/land vacation packages, land only vacation packages, cruise, excursions, rental car, detailed itinerary planning & insurance bookings. Booking must be finalized within 45 days of payment.
Group Travel Planning – All Destinations
$500
(364 days or less prior to departure)
$800
(1 year or greater prior to departure)
Groups of 8-20 travelers, includes Airfare, hotel, excursions, rental car/transportation arrangements, insurance bookings. Group management and payment processing. Fees for groups larger than 20 travelers will vary based on complexity and group size.
Airfare Only Bookings
We no longer service air only bookings.
Change Fees - Vacation Packages/Group Bookings
$40 per change, in addition to supplier change fees (if applicable)
Change fees apply to any changes requested beyond the 45-day booking window
Vacation Planning – Worldwide
$250 Fee per booking
1-7 passengers. Includes air/land vacation packages, land only vacation packages, cruise, excursions, rental car, rail, detailed itinerary planning and insurance bookings. Booking must be finalized within 45 days of payment.
Meeting & Event Planning – Domestic or International
Fees vary based on event size and scope
Services range from site selection, contract negotiation, agenda planning, menu planning, etc.
Hotel or Rental Car Only Booking
$50 per booking
