We’re taking Oheneba Events & Travel’s 10th anniversary celebration to sea, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

After exploring Athens, we’ll board Virgin Voyages’ adults-only Scarlet Lady for seven nights of island hopping and good company. Picture slow mornings at sea, cocktails with friends, and evenings when dinner turns into dancing. We’ll bring our group together for private gatherings on board and ashore, with time to swap stories from past getaways, meet new travel friends, and raise a glass to ten years of seeing the world together.

Our celebration begins in Athens. After checking in at the hotel, we’ll get together for a welcome dinner and raise our first toast of the trip. The next day, we’ll explore some of Athens’ most iconic sites and get a feel for the city where our adventure begins. On October 10, we’ll head to the port of Piraeus to board Virgin Voyages’ Scarlet Lady for Greek Isles & Mykonos Overnight.

Our first port is Santorini, where whitewashed villages cling to the cliffs above the Aegean. Take in the caldera views, wander narrow lanes framed by blue-domed churches, or find a terrace and linger over lunch. Next comes Rhodes, where the stone lanes and medieval walls of the Old Town invite an unhurried afternoon of exploring.

In Bodrum, Türkiye, the harbor is the place to start. Stroll past boats bobbing in the marina, take in the view of Bodrum Castle, or settle in for Turkish coffee and a plate of meze. After three ports in a row, we’ll have a full day at sea to sleep in, linger over brunch, or find a favorite spot on deck.

Then it’s on to Mykonos, where an overnight stay gives us time to enjoy the island after dark and ease into the next morning. Spend the afternoon exploring the whitewashed lanes of Mykonos Town, catch the sunset by the windmills or along the waterfront in Little Venice, and make the evening your own. A seaside dinner, cocktails by the water, or a night of dancing all sound right at home here.

Throughout the getaway, we’ll host private Oheneba group gatherings on board and ashore* so we can catch up, share stories from the day, and celebrate this milestone together. We’ll return to Piraeus on October 17, wrapping up our anniversary celebration where it began.

Premium Drinks & Juices: Fresh-pressed juices, energy drinks, and specialty mocktails/smoothies.

Important Travel Information:

Flights to/from Athens are not included. All travelers are responsible for booking their own international flights. We can assist with this, just let us know.
- Flights must be booked by August 8, 2027.
- Arrival on October 8th should be by 4pm to ensure you're included in our welcome events.
- Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (ATH) is the arrival airport.
- You should depart from ATH no earlier than 1pm on October 17th.
Travelers will receive their final travel documents 15 days prior to departure.
A valid passport with 6 months validity from the departure date and at least one blank page is required for travel.
Refunds will not be provided for cancellations due to passport issues.
By booking this trip, all guests in your party are subject to our current Terms & Conditions as well as Virgin Voyages Ticket Contract. Terms are subject to change without notice.
Travel Insurance is strongly encouraged. Guests may purchase their own or our team can assist you with quotes.

Payments:

Guests will book with a low deposit and then make subsequent installment payments until the trip is paid in full. You may also choose to pay in full at the time of booking. Timely installment payments are expected. Two or more late payments will cause your booking to be subject to automatic cancellation without refund. Please notify us of any late payments within 5 days of due date.

We accept all major credit cards.

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED EACH FRIDAY

*Example: If you authorize a payment on a Monday, it will not process until Friday. Please ensure you plan accordingly.

Your payments must total at least 20% of your Virgin Voyages cruise fare within 60 days of booking. Your initial deposit counts toward the 20% requirement, so you only need to pay the difference within 60 days of booking.

If this requirement is not met, your Virgin Voyages cruise reservation will automatically cancel. Please review your payment schedule to ensure you meet this deadline. If you’re already on track, no action is needed.

Cancellation Policy:

1-10 DAYS AFTER DEPOSIT (121+ days prior to trip departure): booking is fully refundable to the original form of payment.

11+ DAYS AFTER DEPOSIT or IF DEPOSIT IS MADE 120 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO TRAVEL: BOOKINGS BECOME 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Oheneba Events & Travel is not responsible for penalties or fees associated with cancelled bookings for any reason. We strongly encourage our travelers to buy Travel Insurance to protect your travel investment. We are happy to provide travel insurance quotes. All travelers must acknowledge FULL understanding of this policy when booking this trip. Any attempted charge disputes/chargebacks will automatically disqualify you from doing business with Oheneba Events & Travel LLC in the future.

If Oheneba Events & Travel is compelled to cancel this trip for any reason, all booked travelers will receive a full refund in the form of Future Travel Credit for another Group Getaway.
